KAMP TACTICAL is able to supply firearms to the Civilian as well as the LE/Military Markets. Sale of some brands may be restricted by the manufacturer due to our status as Law enforcement dealers.
Kamp Tactical is committed to provide the best service possible in your firearm purchase. We will follow the laws that govern firearm transfer in your locality.
 
Firearm Sale and Magazine Capacity Restriction Notice by State:
Residents of the following states are subject to the following restrictions. If an order is placed for a magazine or weapon that is restricted, the order will be canceled. Note: Due to the volatility of firearm laws, the following is subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for knowing the laws in your area. If local laws prohibit your transfer, Kamp Tactical is not responsible for return freight costs and restocking fees may apply.
 
California:
Individuals – All sales to individuals must go through an FFL that is a registered dealer and must comply with local laws. We will contact your FFL for verification. Proof of the ability to transfer a firearm to you in your location will be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with local laws.
  • There are restrictions on handguns. They must be on this list- http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/ This applies to new or used.
  • Weapons must be a California Compliant model. COLT-LE6920CA or COLT-LE6940CA for example
  • No online sales to california. Ammo sales are limited to face to face sales with a background check. Department purchases need to be called in.

Law Enforcement –Law Enforcement personnel are exempt in most California weapons laws. Please email kamp.tactical@gmail.com when making your first order.
 
Colorado:
As of July 1, 2013, magazines holding more than 15 rounds may not be sold or transferred within the state. In the City and County of Denver, devices defined as assault weapons are not allowed.
Law enforcement exception: Agency orders or personal LE orders are supported by LE ID
 
Connecticut:
Sales may be made to “Members or employees of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, police departments, Officers with the Department of Correction or the military or naval forces of this state or of the United States for use in the discharge of their official duties or when off duty”. You must be currently “Active Duty” to be eligible.
No sales of “Assault rifles” No sales of centerfire rifle magazines exceeding 5 round capacity No sale of pistol magazines exceeding 10 round capacity

Hawaii:
Ammunition magazines with a capacity in excess of ten rounds which are designed for or capable of use with a pistol
Large capacity magazines for rifles are not restricted.
 
Illinois:
Aurora – Maximum 15 round magazine capacity
Chicago – Maximum 12 round magazine capacity
Franklin Park – Maximum 16 round magazine capacity
Oak Park – Maximum 10 round magazine capacity
Riverdale – Maximum 35 round magazine capacity
 
Maryland:
Individuals – All sales to individuals (including personal individual officer purchases) must go through an FFL and must comply with local laws. We may contact your FFL for verification. Proof of the ability to transfer a firearm to you in your location may be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with local laws.
High capacity magazines holding over 10 rounds can not be shipped to individuals in Maryland. Active and retired law enforcement officers, as well as active military personnel over age 21, are EXEMPTED from the provisions and restrictions of this bill.
 
Massachusetts:
Individuals – All sales to individuals (including personal individual officer purchases) must go through an FFL and must comply with local laws. We may contact your FFL for verification. Proof of the ability to transfer a firearm to you in your location may be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with local laws.
High capacity magazines holding over 10 rounds can not be shipped to Massachusetts.
 
New Jersey:
Individuals – All sales to individuals (including personal individual officer purchases) must go through an FFL that is a registered dealer and must comply with local laws. We may contact your FFL for verification. Proof of the ability to transfer a firearm to you in your location will be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with local laws. High capacity magazines holding over 10 rounds can not be shipped to NJ.
 
New York:
Individuals – All sales to individuals (including personal individual officer purchases) must go through an FFL and must comply with local laws. We may contact your FFL for verification. Proof of the ability to transfer a firearm to you in your location may be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with local laws.
LE Personnel – LE personnel can purchase high cap mags with LE Credentials
Barrel Lengths – 16” rifle barrel, 18” shotgun required.
All AR variants are restricted.
High capacity magazines holding over 10 rounds can not be shipped to NY unless LE Credentials are provided.
 
Pennsylvania:
Individuals – All sales to individuals (including personal individual officer purchases) must go through an FFL and must comply with local laws. We may contact your FFL for verification. Proof of the ability to transfer a firearm to you in your location may be required. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with local laws.
 
Vermont:
Magazines holding over 10 rounds for Long Guns and 15 rounds for Hand Guns can not be shipped to Vermont.
Law enforcement exception: Agency orders or personal LE orders are supported by LE ID
 
Washington D.C.:
High capacity magazines holding over 10 rounds can not be shipped to the District of Colombia.
